Complacency, the greatest enemy of excellence

by Mitchell Atherton

So… I have a broom with a pivoting head. There is a point to this story, I promise.

Recently, I looked this broom up on WIPO, and low and behold, its patented.

I can’t help but think about the R&D, Prior Art Searches, USPTO prosecution, and in this case even Foreign Prosecution. All that money, all that time, all that energy.

I cannot tell you how much I hate this broom, yet here I find myself using it daily (I have a big dog). What keeps me from just going out and buying a new broom?

Probably the same thing that keeps everyone from doing what would they knew would be most beneficial to their overall most effective self… complacency.

Well, we’ve worked very hard as a company to solve these types of problems as it relates to process’ of Foreign Filings (prosecution to grant), Searches (with a neat quick search option, for $50), Translation associated with all the above,  Bill consolidation, and as a bonus… docketing for the aforementioned.

Would you be willing to have a brief discussion about what we do, how we got here, and success stories? Reach out to us. We will happily take you through how we help people. As always, it will be a constructive conversation, free from pressure or commitment on your part.
